I hangar my planes (C182 and SR22T) at KRBD and now in one of the Just Plane Maintenance hangars. In addition, they’ve serviced my 182 since I bought it. They are responsive and the service quality has been excellent. I had about 15 squaks that came out of my pre-buy inspection—they fixed 5 of them in the first day. In addition, they identified an issue (aileron hinge mounted upside down) that the inspectors had missed for the last 3 years. I find them to be knowledgeable and proactive. In fly my plane every other day. So they’ve had to work on my plane in a tight timeframe. They’ve done this well. I’m fortunate that they’re located at my home airport!

Very good on call experience, they are always friendly and get out to the aircraft online a timely manner. Repairs were done good and aircraft was left clean after maintenance. Thank you guys.

On more than one occasion, I've relied on Just Plane Maintenance and they've met my expectations each time. I've personally witnessed the oversight from ownership/management and their commitment to quality, consistency, safely and timeliness. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I have had multiple planes serviced here and always outstanding results. Avionics installs, annuals, services and more. Great clean facilities, happy and attentive team. 40 year pilot and aviation professional, I know the good from the bad. JPMX is great, strongly recommend.

Had a flat tire that needed to be repaired and got a bill that was roughly 3x the amount that it should have been. Not only did they bill me for more hours than was actually worked, they had nearly $500 of additional "internal" charges. A 2.5 hour "replace a tire" cost me over $1500. They were never upfront on the hourly rate (when asked, the tech did not know). When the bill was questioned, Walter Darrach (Accountable Manager) was irritated and called me. I had to email over 4 times and a 6 week period to get a real invoice, only to find out I was overcharged. When I presented documented evidence of what the hours should have been, I was summarily dismissed, told that the $500 over charge was "inconsequential", they considered the matter closed, and that I should just take my business elsewhere.
