I am writing this review at 5:01pm. I walked into Keith’s at 4:56 just minutes before they close. I showed the guys my stern light and the piece that I was looking to replace to make it work. The guys took a look and Gary from service took me to the service shop next door. He immediately located the part I was looking for and opened it up to make sure it fit my other hardware. These guys are not just working a job. They are professionals and they can find you a solution quickly. Owning a boat can be a pain in the rear, but it is much less of a pain with great dealer support locally. I purchased my used boat private party, yet these guys treat you like you just bought the most expensive unit on the showroom floor. I will definitely be using Keith’s in the future for all my service and parts needs.

Brad was great, gave us a great deal on our first tri toon. When we got there for the pickup everything was ready and there was long drawn out process with the paperwork. Highly recommend Keith’s Marina.

I would like to recognize the OUTSTANDING service we have received from Keith’s Marina in West Bend, Wi. From the start when we bought our boat in Spring 2024 to today the service has been TOP NOTCH. We had an issue with our Motor the Saturday before 4th of July 2025. We dropped the boat off on Sunday Jun 29th and we had our boat back with new Motor by Friday July 4th. Our sales agent Brian Keith personally met us on July 4th at 10a at the service center which allowed us to have our boat back for the holiday weekend. Brian Keith is AWESOME and so is his service tech Gary. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Keith’s Marina to anyone purchasing a boat. They absolutely standby the products the sell. Thanks again Brian for saving our 4th of July weekend you are THE BEST.
