  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kenny Auto Detail and would not recommend their services. When I picked up my vehicle, the exterior was still visibly dirty to which the rubbed with a cloth. After paying for professional detailing services, I expected the vehicle to be returned clean and presentable, but that was not the case. It was immediately apparent that the exterior had not been cleaned to the standard that was promised. In addition, a chrome vent clip that was in my vehicle before service was missing when I picked it up, will now cost me over $200. When I brought this concern to their attention, it was not handled professionally or with any genuine effort to resolve the issue. Instead of taking ownership or showing concern for customer satisfaction, I felt dismissed. I was also specifically told that scratches on the exterior could be buffed out prior to dropping off. However, after the service was completed, the scratches remained and they were dismissive when we asked. If the scratches could not be improved, I would have appreciated honest communication upfront rather than being given expectations that were not met. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way I was treated when discussing these concerns. The staff were unkind, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work performed, and unfortunately, both fell far below expectations in this case. Overall, I paid for a service that did not deliver the results promised, my vehicle was returned with a missing accessory, and my concerns were not handled respectfully.

  We wanted to get an all-electric car for the city commute and grocery-runs back in 2022 while we could still get a $7500.00 incentive. We discovered we could "build our own" Mini Cooper SE in British Racing Green so we went for it and we love it. Trouble was though, the Mini factory (in Oxford UK at that time) didn't put any paint protector/clear coat on it. Mini wanted $1000.00 just to coat the hood only back in 2022. So after some research, we finally decided to get Nessie, yes we gave yer a wee name, protected, and based on a recommendation, we chose Kenny's Auto Detail to fully detail and coat her. They have this ceramic coat called Onyx and you can get up to 5 years protection ( relates to the thickness of the coating) if you choose that plan. Long story short, inside and out, our car looks better than it did new in the showroom when we picked her up in 2022 and most importantly, her paint is finally protected.
