King Harbor Marine Center has been an invaluable resource for my boats over the years. Whether it’s hauling out a vessel, helping me find the right mechanics and service providers, or simply providing knowledgeable guidance, their team has consistently delivered excellent service. What stands out most is how they treat their customers—with honesty, professionalism, and genuine respect. In an industry where trust matters, King Harbor Marine Center has always earned mine. I would also like to recognize Stephanie, who took over the business after the passing of her father. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has done an outstanding job carrying forward the values that have made King Harbor Marine Center such a respected part of the boating community. I am particularly impressed by her vision and ideas for upgrading and improving the boatyard while maintaining the high level of customer service that boat owners have come to expect. Those of us who keep our boats and yachts in Redondo Beach are fortunate to have a local marine center that is so dependable and customer-focused. As a woman who owns a boat, finding someone I can trust to work on it is incredibly important. Mike did an outstanding job painting the bottom of my boat and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before the boat went back in the water. His attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, and communication throughout the process were exceptional. It's clear that Mike takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers and their boats. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality marine service. Thank you, Mike, for taking such great care of my boat!

I have not experienced a better, more professional boat repair experience in my 30 years of boating!! I have used them for two major issues with my boat. Last year, they removed my old generator from my 40 foot Maxum. They just replaced a transmission on the same vessel. Both projects were labor intensive with many intricate details. As the projects progressed, I could call Mike in Service or even Steve, the owner. They kept me well informed and comfortable with the progress. They are proactive and professional about dealing with issues as we all know happen frequently with boat repairs. If you have a boat and want to use a shipyard you can trust and rely on, look no further!!!

Met the owner nice guy took my boat there to get service overheating problem they seem to fix it one day and the next day it overheated again ask can I bring the boat back to get it checked to see what happened they said the owner passed away they will call me back and schedule me a day to bring it in never did call back again they said sorry about that but we're doing some things but will call you back Play It Again 3 weeks I called back a lady answered the phone and gave me a hard time because I stopped payment until they fix my boat right they say that they were going to help me bring it back into fix she decided not horrible customer service everybody else was okay the owner sorry he passed away but he stated that I can bring it back if something happens on a limited warranty

They have always treated me fairly. I had an estimate for a haulout that was a year and a half old, and they honored the price. I didn't expect it. Their employees are competent and hard working. Steve went way out of his way to help out on getting a new prop. I am throughly happy with them.
