I’ve had Jacob from Knox Detailing out twice now, and both experiences have been exceptional. The quality of his work is outstanding, but what stands out even more is who he is as a person. Jacob is hardworking, humble, professional, and incredibly thorough. He communicates well before and after the job, shows up on time, and takes genuine pride in his work. My wife’s XC40 looked fantastic after both appointments, and it was obvious that he cared about doing the job right. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Jacob is absolutely the real deal. As a fellow Carlsbad local, I love supporting young people who are building something of their own in our community. Jacob is exactly the kind of small business owner you want to support and see succeed. He’s earned my trust, my future business, and my highest recommendation.

I just had my Genesis GV80 Coupe Black Edition washed by Jacob today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After doing a lot of research, from his online reviews to the work showcased on his social media, I felt confident he was the right person for the job. I’m glad I trusted my instincts because Jacob is exactly the kind of person you want caring for your car. His attention to detail is next level, and it’s clear he genuinely takes pride in his work. He doesn’t cut corners and won’t leave until everything is perfect. Beyond the quality of his work, he’s also incredibly personable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. You can tell he truly loves his craft, and that energy shows in the final result. Really appreciate your work, Jacob. You’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer for all my washes and details.

Jacob's knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I emailed in a request for a quote on a Sunday afternoon. Jacob responded immediately to set up the appointment. Jacob went above and beyond to remove 18+ years of oxidation on my Honda's headlamps. The end result was amazing due to his incredible hard work. No need to look any further, Give Jacob at Knox a call.

I cannot say enough great things about Jacob with Knox Detailing! I hired him to detail my wife’s Mercedes GLS 450 as a Mother’s Day gift, and the results were absolutely incredible. Jacob came highly recommended, and he exceeded every expectation. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail were obvious. He worked incredibly hard and transformed both the interior and exterior of our luxury SUV. The vehicle looked better than the day we brought it home from the dealership. Every surface was spotless, the paint looked amazing, and the interior was meticulously cleaned and refreshed. Most importantly, my wife was absolutely thrilled with the surprise and could not stop talking about how fantastic her car looked. Seeing how happy she was made the entire experience worth it. We live in Carlsbad, and I can confidently say Knox Detailing is the best mobile detailing service in North County San Diego. Jacob takes tremendous pride in his work, delivers outstanding results, and provides top-notch customer service. I strongly recommend contacting Jacob with Knox Detailing for all your mobile detailing needs. His work ethic and quality are second to none. In fact, I was so impressed that I'll be having him detail my Jaguar for Father’s Day next! Thank you, Jacob, for an amazing job and for making my wife’s Mother’s Day so special!
