Came highly recommended from a good friend of mine in the marine industry to install a new AC system on my boat. I had difficulty getting connected with him several times and finally started giving up on having Larry do the work until he finally called me in November indicated that he was getting everything together to get me a quote. Mid-December Larry and I talked and he gave me a quote and offered a used unit for $2,500.00 less than the cost of the new unit. I agreed but he wanted cash to do the work. I told him that's fine but I won't be able to meet up until after the New Year due to me being over an hour and a half away and my schedule and offered to pay a $500.00 - $1,000.00 deposit to lock it in and get the ball rolling. Larry indicated that wasn't necessary and we'll connect after New Years. Today about 30 days after speaking in December Larry now tells me it is going to cost an extra $500.00 to do the work... I've been told Larry does great work but I will not give my business to someone who doesn't stand by their word...

Larry has been great to me on multiple occasions. Pay your bill and he is there. Had an issue with a recent ac fix and his guys came out within 48 hrs to fix. No body is perfect, but I know Larry cares.

Too busy I guess. I've been chasing him to help me with my boat for a couple weeks. He rarely answers, voicemail box is full, and he doesn't seem to answer emails. I would respect it if he told me he was too busy up front so I didn't lose a couple weeks waiting on him only to find out that he can't help me.
