I couldn’t be more satisfied with Brian’s service! From start to finish, he was incredibly flexible with scheduling, which was a lifesaver given my unpredictable work commitments. I had to make multiple changes to the appointment date, and Brian was always accommodating, ensuring we found a timeline that worked. His communication was excellent—his reminders helped me stay aware of the appointment details, making the entire process seamless. On the day of the appointment, Brian arrived five minutes early, which, to me, speaks volumes about his professionalism. Punctuality is something I highly value, and his timely arrival set a great tone for the rest of the service. Before starting the job, he conducted a thorough assessment of my truck alongside me, explaining everything that needed to be done. This transparency allowed me to fully understand the scope of the work, which I truly appreciated. Once the job was complete, I was blown away by the results. The truck’s floor looked just as it did when I first got it four years ago—Brian’s attention to detail was phenomenal. To test his thoroughness, I had left a couple of “Easter eggs,” and sure enough, he found them both! The exterior of the truck looked brand new, with the paint shining beautifully. Even the undercarriage, including the area beneath the wheels, was meticulously cleaned. It was clear that Brian put real effort into ensuring every inch of the vehicle was spotless. Beyond delivering an outstanding service, Brian offers fair pricing and maintains an exceptional level of professionalism. His punctuality, attention to detail, and dedication to quality make him stand out. I will absolutely continue to use his services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle detailing.

Brian did an amazing job on my vehicle! His attention to detail is what makes his services the best around! We had snow and salt along with plenty of dog hair and Brian got everything looking brand new! I highly recommend Lassig’s Elite for all of your car detailing/cleaning needs.
