My 2013 Lexus RX had badly discolored, cracked protective film that I thought might mean either living with it or repainting the whole car. Jerry, the owner, was upfront about the challenges, took the time to explain the process in detail, and was very honest about cost and expectations. The work far exceeded what I thought was possible — the film was painstakingly removed, and when I picked it up, my car looked and smelled like new inside and out. I also have a strict no-fragrance requirement (artificial scents trigger migraines), and the team respected that — the car came back spotless, fresh, and scent-free. Le Tigre Luxe’s attention to detail is second to none, and they clearly takes great pride in his craft. This is not a bargain service— and it shouldn't be for this level of expertise.
