  I brought my 2024 F-450 to Legends Detailing with a satin wrap that had suffered significant sun damage over the past two years. Going into it, I knew there were limitations to what could be done, and Isaiah was upfront about that as well. He did the best he could with what he had to work with, and the truck definitely looks much better than it did when I dropped it off. That said, I don’t think the final result justified the amount I spent on this particular job. To be clear, that’s not Isaiah’s fault. The reality is that vinyl wraps, especially satin finishes, don’t hold up well to prolonged sun exposure and infrequent washing. Looking back, I probably would have been better off removing the wrap altogether rather than trying to restore it. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is that a 5-star review, in my opinion, means everything was perfect. While Isaiah did a good job overall, there were a few areas that weren’t quite where I hoped they’d be. What I appreciated most was that he stood behind his work, had me bring the truck back, and addressed the concerns I had with additional touch-ups. That level of customer service matters and was absolutely the right thing to do. One thing that stands out about Isaiah is that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the reputation of his business. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and wants his customers to leave satisfied. Even though this particular job was fighting an uphill battle because of the condition of the wrap, I never felt like he was trying to oversell the outcome or avoid accountability. In today’s world, finding a business owner who stands behind their work and is willing to make things right is worth recognizing. Overall, Isaiah is honest, professional, and takes his craft seriously. While this wasn’t a perfect outcome, I believe that had more to do with the condition of the wrap than the effort put into the job. If you’re considering having work done, just make sure
