First, I am a Navy Veteran came into town to see family. Needed a detailing. I am very disappointed with the service. My appointment was for 2-530 on Friday. The LUXE team showed up an hour late. They completed the poor job on my vehicle in 2 hours. I paid 240.00 for the Renewal Max plus detailing for a 3.5 hour job. You can see the photos but they missed the top of the vehicle, not touched. The luggage racks still had bugs tatted on them, they missed the front, back, and side windows. The vehicle trip, the wheel wells, the gas compartment, the rear bumper. The hood of the car didn't seem or feel like it was waxed, it still had water droplet stains all over it. The headlamps were dirty, etc..... My Vehicle is 2024 Rav4, I keep it in mint condition and needed a detailing because of the road travel I had just been on. I am not angry, but sad to see this type of service. The company did reach out and express that they did miss all that I had mentioned and offered to make amends.

I had my car detailed by LUXE, and they did an incredible job with the premium detail. My car looks amazing—honestly better than I expected. They paid great attention to detail and made everything look spotless inside and out. Adam was friendly, punctual, and very professional, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and providing top service. I highly recommend LUXE if you’re looking for a high-quality detail. I’ll definitely be using them again! 🚗✨

Adam and his team did a great job! I have a Tacoma access cab and a 4year old. So you can imagine what i let it look like. Tacoma looks brand new. My 4 year old needs some work. Definitely making LUXE my 2g2.

I would recommend Adam to absolutely anyone looking for quality detailing. He has detailed both my car and my mother’s car, and each time he came fully prepared and delivered incredible results. He takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and works with real precision and care. My car genuinely looked brand new again when he was finished. His professionalism and consistency really stand out, and you can tell he takes pride in his work!

Adam did a great job with my dad's 2006 Chrysler 300. The interior was in bad shape and Adam was very thorough with the interior cleaning making it seem brand new again. He took his time to take care of the leather to make it look so good!. Very happy with his work!
