He was especially adept at addressing all my queries about car cleaning with detailed explanations over the phone, aiding significantly in my decision-making process. Although I had received quotes from other services, clarity regarding what I was paying for was lacking until I spoke with Chris. Despite the detailed info on their website, the value of direct conversation cannot be understated. There was a minor issue where Chris initially missed some spots during the cleaning, but he promptly rectified them upon my inspection. He was upfront about the challenges of removing sunscreen and dog drool stains, yet he made commendable efforts to minimize these in my vehicle. On the appointment day, Chris's punctuality was spot-on, and he addressed all issues with utmost professionalism and courtesy. His commitment to quality service is undeniable.

When he was all done (I got the Premium Service) he walked my vehicle with me and made sure I was happy with the job. My car looks brand new!
