I’m gonna start by saying I blame myself for the experience I have with Med Doctor . I pay $400 for a detail which include paint correction. I should point it to them when I pick up my car when I went to talk about detailing it was Mike Junior there and he asked me how far do I wanna go with the detail and I told him. When I pick up the car was his father. when I got home and I went around the car and pay more attention was zero paint correction to the car. Every single small scratches was still there which Mike told me he’s gonna take those out. The car was cleaner inside when I pick it up then when I drop it, but not as clean is supposed to be after you detail the inside of a car. Another thing I don’t like is when you get the receipt it doesn’t break down what detail they do to your car which to me it’s not right it should specify what they do to your car And I did ask my Junior when I drop it. He explained to me, but again like I say when you drop your car to have a detail, you expect the car to look spotless. The mistake I made I should take a picture before and after I drop the car that way I can point to them exactly the thing that I wasn’t happy with again for $400 you expect little me more than what I got again, I blame myself for not pointed to them when I picked up my car hopefully My review will help other people . I usually detail my car myself, but because I moved I don’t have a place to do it. That was the reason I drop it. I also realize some of the people they don’t know what clean means so I read some of the review and they were so impressed with their car Being clean after the detail I am disappointed I will never go back. My advice is take a picture before and after . they need to change their receipt. They should’ve give you a receipt with a breakdown exactly what they do to your car. That way you can go back and point it to them the receipt they have it’s nothing but a piece of paper is garbage and it’s not right it’s been about two months sinc

WOW!! Very pleasant experience. Called for inside and outside wash of my 2008 Ford Explorer. They completely removed all my Labrador fur. Very well done inside cleaning, glove boxes and truck space. Great job ill back with my other vehicles.

I’m unfortunately giving this detailer 3 stars. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, and easy to work with, which I truly appreciated. Upon initial look at the vehicle, it did appear cleaner, and I admittedly didn’t do a detailed inspection when I picked it up. Had I done so, I’m sure I would have noticed many of these issues then—so that part is on me. I also wasn’t expecting that some of these basic areas would have been missed. My expectation wasn’t that my car would look brand new, but that it would be “detailed”—especially since I paid for the top package. With three boys who aren’t the most careful with the car, I fully understand the challenge, but I was hoping for a level of attention to detail that matched the service name. The truck was vacuumed and carpet shampooed, but not “detailed”. I found a Chick-fil-A sauce packet between the seats that I know had been dropped there, which tells me that space wasn’t checked. The roof lining wasn’t cleaned, there were drip marks from the cleaning solution left on the seats and doors, the back seats weren’t removed so some areas still had debris, and my steering wheel is also sticky. Overall, my car does look cleaner—which is why I’m giving 3 stars—but not in a way that I couldn’t have achieved myself with some dedicated time. I was hoping for a true “detailed” experience and walked away underwhelmed.

My daughter came in to get her car detailed and had a great experience. The person she worked with was kind and welcoming. Her interior really needed a deep clean, and now it looks like new. Definitely recommend.

Got my headlights addressed on both of my vehicles. They were able to remove all the build up and them look almost brand new. Would highly recommend them for your detailing needs...
