I would like to give a Big Shoutout to Chase and his crew. The System X ceramic coating they put on my wife's 2026 Pilot is ALL THAT! The vehicle is easy to clean and is as smooth as glass afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the product, the professional courtesy, and the knowledge of Madden's Detailing. I would HIGHLY recommend Madden's Detailing! Absolutely TOP NOTCH service! Chase even went out of his way to accommodate us to pick up the vehicle due to conflicting times (he was closing early and we couldn't get there until after he closed) and he took the time to explain everything to us. I couldn’t be more happy Maddens detailing. The customer service was awesome. Chase went over and beyond to fix things he didn’t have to. I was in the auto industry for over 35 years. I have run and managed quite a few dealerships new and used in my day. I have hired probably 50 detailers or more over my career. Now out of the car business, I purchased a vehicle that was about as horrific as it can get. I called Madden’s Premier Detail (Chase), and asked for his help. When he looked at the vehicle, I could tell he was not thrilled at taking on the task, and it wasn’t cheap, but nothing cheap is normally really good. I can honestly say I got every dollar worth of the money I spent and more!! This truck was returned to me in a condition that I could have put it on the showroom floor and you would’ve thought it was new. Because of my extreme satisfaction, I took him another vehicle today that had cat scratches all over the hood and sun damage. I picked it up two hours later and the hood looked brand new like from the factory!!! I’m going to say something that is a huge compliment. Chase could run circles around every detailer I have ever hired, and if you want a professional detailer, that is going to get the job done, and done right, don’t bother calling anyone else!!!
