  Car looks amazing inside!! Better than when it left the lot! They were so friendly and easy to work with. The leather looks amazing and I couldn't ask for anything more. It smells fantastic. My car is over 10 years old and now looks brand new. Prices were great and we're looking at taking our other vehicle now!

  William detailed 2 of my cars on the same day, he worked from 9 am until 3pm in this humid hot weather making sure both my cars shined again. To say that both cars were dirty was an understatement as they were both driven cross country for a move in the last year. And honestly the cars were not well kept prior to that. I wish I had pictures to show the before. William definitely took his time, making sure to address all my concerns prior to and during the appointment as well. Upon inspection there were several things that had to be done over again to which he happily obliged stating he wanted to make sure I got my moneys worth 🥹 I can’t tell you how important that is in this day and age when everyone just wants to make a quick buck or rush your service. I felt the process was seamless from beginning to end from making the appt with Francisco to my cars now being completed with Will. I felt the price for the diamond clean was reasonable as it included interior, exterior and engine; though I feel some might find it pricey. They clearly state their cancellation policy on the phone as well as in email. Additionally, they send you frequent reminders leading up to the appt so that if you need to cancel or reschedule you can do so with time to not incur a charge. All in all I do feel that magic touch deserves the good rating it has on Google and I would do business with them again.
