Did not meet my expectations they charge extra for hot water extraction and pet hair removal yet the level of detail attention is lacking.I don't mind the extra charge if the work is done correctly. I went in because I wanted to treat myself and not have to clean it myself. I paid $425 for 2.5 hours of work on my car. I spent another 3 hours cleaning it afterwards to get the true clean feeling my car needed. Pet hair was still in the car, dust in vents and they didn't even touch the middle console even though I emptied my car out. Honestly have received better detailing elsewhere and would suggest to go elsewhere if you expect attention to detail. Your better off going to your local car wash, vacuum your car and get a mean green machine to do a deep clean yourself and save $425 because the service here is lacking. I write this to show others what to expect and to refer them elsewhere because the current 4.9 star reviews is not what you get here.

Great shop. Called last minute to clean car completely for Uber driving. They were able to see me same day after moving things around and car is spotless now. Great local business, thank you, Make it Shine.

A+ Experience at Make IT Shine! I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Tundra that was in great shape, but the truck was black, which is color I have purposely avoided for 50 years. The paint definitely showed some wear, so I stopped by Make IT Shine to inquire about an exterior detail, paint correction, and ceramic coating. I was greeted by Donna, Benjamin, and Jeremy who immediately dropped what they were doing to pull my truck into the garage where we could inspect the paint under special lighting. They spent a lot of time explaining the different options and even buffed a few areas to show me the difference and what to expect. Well, I went all in with the detail, one step paint correction, ceramic coating, ceramic window tinting, and partial paint protection film (PPF) on hood and bumper. They had the truck for 3 days and it was done on time as quoted. Upon pick up they spent additional time answering questions about how to maintain the paint and ceramic coating and showed me the products they recommend. The truck looked great when I picked it up, but it was unfortunately raining and proceeded to rain off and on for a couple weeks. I finally got around to washing it today and WOW it looks amazing! It wasn't cheap, but I feel it was well worth the cost as the truck is as close to new looking as it could get. Thank you, Donna, Benjamin, and Jeremy for taking care of my truck and for the great communication and customer service. I'll definitely be back. Support small and local business - I highly recommend!

We bought a used car and while it looked clean on the surface, it had the previous owner’s dog’s hair stuck in the carpeting and in every cubby and crevice. My son is very allergic to animal fur and couldn’t handle the hair and dander. Make it Shine went above and beyond to get inside every hidden space while miraculously removing every single hair from the carpet. So appreciated!!! Highly recommend for outstanding service! Extremely friendly too.

Inside Make It Shine is a small card and collectible shop called The Crystal Spider! Fair pricing, took my open deck of Pokémon cards and gave a great trade in value. Ended up trading straight across. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
