I have own several boats mainly outboard, now i own a inboard mercruiser and normally i do maintenance myself (spark plugs, oil, gear oil, impellers etc.) in this occasion i bought all the parts to replace the impeller for my new I/O from Marietta Marine and then decided to not perform the work and have a professional do it as i have to remove the entire water pump. Marietta Marine was quick to respond schedule and perform the work, but not only that they were extremely professional, lots of calls detailing the status and steps. They determined that my boat had the wrong serpentine belt (prior owner installed) and I can’t be more glad that i took my boat to them as I wouldn’t never known and could’ve had mayor issues. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, fast and dedicated service department don’t hesitate to give Marietta Marine a call. We cannot say enough great things about Blue and Danielle. Their service went far beyond simply selling us a boat. From day one, they have been incredibly helpful, patient, caring, and generous with their time. As first-time boat owners, they took the time to truly teach us, answer every question, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What really sets them apart is how much heart they put into what they do. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and treat you more like family than just another sale. Jeff at Marietta Marine did an outstanding job on the interior of my Axis A24 wake boat. The quality of the work was excellent, and you can tell he really takes pride in what he does. Everything came out looking great, and the attention to detail really showed. He was professional, easy to work with, kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking for top-notch boat interior work.

We have used Marietta Marine for our annual service on our pontoon boat, the service has always been done in a very professional way with quick response to our requests and timely turnaround. This summer following Fourth of July weekend I had an issue with the performance of my outboard motor and asked the service department to diagnose the issue. My boat was picked up on Monday, the issue was fixed, repairs were made and my boat was returned on Thursday (could have been Wednesday afternoon but I wasn't available to take delivery). Service is always easy to arrange, reasonably priced and professionally done.

If was is a month ago I would have given one star. But because of Frank and his ability to humble me, this company definitely deserves five stars. My boat was going slow and I brought it in the shop and paid $2,000. This did not fix the problem which left my boat in the shop. Frank goes "give me another shot, we will get it right" and I did and they not only fixed the problem they made it better. This company went beyond and above in their service and because of that I will always use them.
