We brought our recently purchased 2024 Cadillac Lyrig to M.A.A.D. for ceramic coating. We were assured they would do a thorough cleaning before coating and the coating would be good for 5 years. The more we look at the job they did the more we found wasn't done. There is still years of dirt inside the door handle, door jambs, rear hatch including leftover wax, rubber molding untouched, and the wheels were not detailed thoroughly. There is already water spotting on the rear hatch. My husband could have done a better job using his car tools at home. We had another professional detailer inspect the vehicle which only proved what we found it wasn’t just us being picky. Very disappointed. Update: William contacted us on my FB review and said they would be make it right by re-detailing our Lyriq or refund our money. When I reached out to him and said we’d like the refund he refused and said all he could do is refund our $100 deposit and $50 for our trouble. He is not a man of his word and questionable business ethics.

Don't wanna slay these guys because the work looks good initially, and they were very personable. But I definitely was quoted less than 3 hours, and had to be let in through their gate to pick up my car an hour and a half after the shop closed, 6.5 hours later.

I cannot recommend Marine and Auto Detail based on their poor customer service and lack of business responsibility. I reached out to them after seeing a promotional deal on social media to schedule a window tinting appointment. Right at the beginning of the quoting process, I explicitly texted them the exact tint percentage I wanted. They gave me a quote, took my deposit, and set up the installation date. Their messaging system felt very automated—possibly AI—which might explain the total breakdown in communication. When I showed up for my appointment, the shop didn’t even have the tint percentage I requested in stock. The closest they had was 20%, which was not what I asked for. The employees at the shop were nice, apologized, and told me I would get my deposit back. However, the owner, William, was not there. I ended up having to drive all the way back home with nothing done. I contacted William directly regarding the issue, but I have received zero communication, no replies, and no apologies whatsoever. I am currently still waiting for my deposit to be returned and will be disputing the charge with my bank in a few days if it isn't resolved. While the garage staff was polite, William’s complete lack of accountability and terrible communication made this an extremely disappointing experience.

Had both of my Tesla Model 3’s tinted with nano ceramic at 35% on all the glass (even roof and back glass) and not the windshield. William was very professional and knowledgeable, took the time to explain my options and the differences between them. The quality of the install is great also. Thank you!

Waited over 5+ hours for them to not even have touched the vehicle. They had also not even started on the vehicle before mine. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am for a scheduled appointment; went back by around 2 pm & they claimed at first, my vehicle was "almost done" which was odd, I glanced at it upon walk up and it didnt look very done-- then when they got up to go check, they realized it had STILL yet to be started. I was refunded my deposit and I left and will never be back.
