Marine World

I purchased a boat through Marine World on consignment from out of state. Since the purchase took place in December, I wasn't able to get the boat in the water and test it before buying. Being nearly six hours away and unable to "sea-trial" the boat certainly gave me some concerns, but the team at Marine World assured me that they would stand behind the boat once spring arrived and I was able to use it. Unfortunately, when spring came, the boat did have some issues. It was taking on water, and despite my efforts—and even taking it to a local shop—I was unable to determine the source of the problem. I reached out to Marine World, and as soon as the owner learned about the situation, he immediately took action. Words cannot express how impressed I have been with the level of customer service and commitment they have shown. Their team actually traveled to my home to work on the boat. When they still weren't completely satisfied with the results, they offered to drive six hours to pick up the boat, bring it back to their shop, make the necessary repairs, and then deliver it back to me. I was absolutely floored by that level of dedication. Given the circumstances, it would have been easy to become frustrated with the situation, but their exceptional customer service never gave me a reason to be. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its customers the way Marine World does. I can say with complete confidence that they have earned a customer for life. Every boat I purchase in the future will come from them—even if it means driving through two states to get there.

Marine World is the go to spot for ALL your boating needs. Highly recommend, the staff is extremely professional and well informed. I have dealt with Deven Ramsey for a while now and this guy is great! Thanks Marine World. 6 stars.

They did a module replacement, when I picked up the spider I discovered it was stored outside over a week on a bike that has never been in the weather and has always been garage kept. This bike was spotless when they took delivery. It has caked on mud, bird crap and stains in the leather that caused discoloration. The seat back was completely lose and missing the protective cover. The foam cushion inside the seats is completely soaked in rain water and the speakers sound distorted for being drenched in dirt rain water. I’m very disappointed that little care was given to my property and it literally looks like junk when they gave it back to me. I will not be doing business with Marine World again. They at least could have informed me they had no room inside and if they needed it to be kept outside, a simple cover would have prevented damage.
