  I contacted Martinez Auto Detailing because my cat had peed in their carrier on the way to a vet appointment and it had leaked on my passenger seat. The smell was staying in the fabric no matter what I did, so I needed someone with the right tools, and a Reddit thread with high praise led me to Martinez. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar due to the very late arrival time (I was told they would show between 3pm-4pm and they didn't arrive until 6pm) and when they were done they left a gritty residue on my center console and media screen that they didn't bother to wipe off (luckily it can be easily wiped off). The good part is that they did clean the passenger seat (and I had them do the drivers seat while they were at it) and there was a clear visual difference and the cat pee smell was gone and has stayed gone. Maybe in the future I'll give them another shot and hopefully they'll do better.
