Have been trying to build a partnership with Metal Prep for powder coating. Every time we have received parts back, there has been areas of the parts that are not fully coated. There is also some sort of damage to the parts. This last time, they damaged a lot of the parts. $1,935 worth of material we supplied. We are being told they will not be crediting us back for the damage they did, because the parts couldn't handle a "standard powder coat process". We use to get these powder coated from another company for years, and did not have this happen. Had the old powder coater look at them. He can not understand how this happened. Will not be doing business with this company again.

Metal Prep Services Inc. did a superb job powder coating my set of steel doors. There were some unexpected problems with construction of the doors but they went over and above to insure the result was flawless. Thank you.

I took the headers in for my GMC Typhoon, they had them finished in the amount of time they quoted and the price was fantastic. I asked them about doing a bronze plaque for a Memorial my American Legion Post was restoring. Again the turnaround time was fantastic, when I asked him how much I owed for it he told me nothing... It was their way of contributing to the memorial for Larry W Knight, KIA June 1, 1967 Vietnam

Team's friendly and very knowledgeable!! Received nothing but great work from the guys: powder coated rims and ceramic coated exhaust system. Very easy to talk to and can be flexible when asked ahead of time.
