I chose Midwest out of 4 quotes I received for PPF because of their competitive pricing, excellent warranty and reviews, and most importantly, because their packages included the headlamps and door edge guards too -- which their competitors did not! Scheduling was a breeze, and Mark was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Everybody on the Midwest team is a delight to interact with, transparent, and proud and passionate about the work they do. I appreciated the time Mark took, when I dropped of my car, to discuss how the film would fit on my car based on the way it was cut. Their team went beyond the extra mile with my Spyder, and buffed out the oxidation in the headlights. They treated my car better than I do, and thanks to them, this 25 year old gal will be looking this good for many, many, many more years, and many, many, many more miles. I recently took my new Cadillac to Midwest for clear bra and window tinting. They noticed a small crack on the inside of the right headlight assembly, which was nearly imperceptible. Mark called me immediately to advise me, texted a photo, and gave me the option either to have them cover that headlight or to wait until after I brought it to the dealer’s attention. I had them do all the work except for that cover. When I stopped by just to make an appointment after the dealer had replaced it, Mark took it in right then, and the work was completed very quickly. Their customer service was amazing, prices are very reasonable, and their work is incredible. A very trustworthy company-don’t go anywhere else!
