Unmatched Excellence in Luxury Jet Aviation 🛩️ Every time you arrive on site of Million Air Addison (Dallas), you’re greeted with a professional and a family welcome. Million Air Addison (Dallas) staff are professional with attention to detail for every individual customer. No task is too difficult for this team. They work together to problem solve. I’ve had the honor to work indirectly with the staff at this location for almost four years. Out of all FBOs I’ve worked with indirectly in DFW area, for last four years, this one is no doubt one of the best… and my personal favorite. 🤩

This FBO is the absolute epitome of what every FBO should strive to be! Spent the day at this FBO while aircraft owner was at a business meeting. Professional service, outstanding facilities, great prices, crew cars, and smiling faces!!! Can't say enough positive things about this organization! Highly recommend

Great facility and services. I happened to drive up and walked in thru the front door to show someone the facilities. I asked politely to check out the place. Needless to say, it was made clear that unless your their customer, you have no business inside their facility. I respect their protection of privacy etc., however there are “diplomatic” ways of telling someone off without embarrassing them in front of the person you wanted to show around. Very seldom have I tucked in my tail that far as I promptly removed myself from the premises. But their makeup and lipstick was nicely in place.

Poor customer service. They damaged my airplane and I asked how they could do this and Scott who seemed as if he was in charge, told me that he has not been there that long but this happens all the time. I said to him "What?" And he tells me without any prodding that I'm number 11 that he has heard about this year. Shameful for an employee to say things like that.

Best FBO in the Dallas area. They have the BEST service . NICEST crew cars. Even real cotton towels in the bathrooms. It’s all about the small details.
