I want to say I appreciate the dedication to customer service. I RECOMMEND MINTY’S! I had a VERY unusual circumstance for my warranty claim. I blew my car motor(holes in the block level blown up.) So, I moved my windows that I had tinted through Minty’s almost 3 years ago, to another of the exact same car. I kept the windows undamaged(snagged, scratched, etc) and filed for a claim after that. Well, Xpel didn’t want to warranty due to “extraordinary circumstances.” I thought I was screwed. but I explained the situation to the team here at minty’s about what happened with the originally tinted car, had my warranty card, and proof of reinstallation to the new car, and explained how easy and safe it was to pull these windows out and they made me a fantastic deal. Pull the windows back out, bring them to us and we will still cover the warranty! I happily accepted and I want to say again, THANK YOU! Minty’s could’ve easily said that’s all we can do. But they went above and beyond to make me feel whole with the whole ordeal. Come here and get your tint done!

Went in for complete detail and tint, said was done and when looking at seats or touching them they are dry and stains untouched, still dirty between seats and center console. Did find my windshield camera was unplugged and when I went to go plug it in to the camera everything fell apart and had fresh glue on it like they were waiting for me to plug it in and have it fall apart on me.. As a former business writer in Eugene, I would recommend that quality checks after performance would enhance the delivery process much better. I would really sit down with staff and go over the situation and find out who dropped the ball. I don’t at this time plan on returning, due to time restraints and things I need to get done in Eugene before traveling out of Eugene.

I had a great experience with Minty Tint! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly, and the whole team was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I am so ecstatic with how well they did on my suv. Dropped it off this morning. Picked it up at 2 o’clock and it’s beautiful. I couldn’t be more happy. We had the Front two windows tinted to match our back windows and we went with the ceramic tint. They matched it beautifully now I can’t wait to go in and have the front top visor of my window tinted. That’ll probably be next month if you were looking for a good tinting on your windows I highly recommend them.
