Modern Aviation FRG - North

Big engine planes flying lower and much often over my area. Very close to my home. I lived here almost 4 years and this is the first time I seen this . Pretty freakish to be home watching TV napping, or just relaxing and out of nowhere for about 15 seconds to about 40 seconds every 10 to 15 minutes it sounds like a rocket flew over my home. Is there maintenance happening on a runway somewhere and the flights are temporarily following a temporary flight pattern maybe??? So dam annoyed. I see complaints from others but nothing being done. I be happier if the airport would pay my additional taxes that was added this past year to make up for the disturbances. I know it won't happen, but would be nice of them.

Outstanding service. From front desk to the line, everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs are met. Special thanks to Daniel, Chris, Kyerone Joey and Gator!!

In one word: amateur. Came in on Friday, requested to be online and fueled Sunday 6 AM for 630 departure to Toronto. I called Saturday night to confirm, my request from Friday was not in the system. Well, happy I called to confirm. I showed up Sunday morning and nothing, No one is home literally, and the lights are off. I called and one of the line guys showed up. Our jet is buried behind few other Jets no fuel and no other services that I requested are ready. When I asked the line guy what’s going on he was confused and didn’t really know what’s going on. Like I said earlier, amateur. Now I’m sitting here, having to reschedule my entry slot to Toronto and apologizing to my passengers for being late.
