Called to set up appt, never returned my call. Also the person that answered said they wouldn't work on my boat because it isn't new enough. I have always taken my boat here and know several anglers that take there boat there. I have never had such poor customer service and wondering if the owners know about this issue. I will be recommending to all my lake assocation members and numerous people that fish lake Michigan of my negative experience.

The staff here is very helpful. They just plain tell it the way it is & never try to sell you anything you don't want.
