Ms.Underdog Mobile Detailing

Ronnie came to my home to clean my car a couple days ago. I purchased it two years ago and I'm embarrassed to say I had not washed it since then! She spent over five hours, and used dozens of different concoctions to bring out the beauty of the car. She removed white paint from two of the bumpers, buffed out scratches, waxed it to a glorious shine, and removed every single grain of sand, dog hair, and human hair from the carpets. It is now completely spotless and looks like it is brand new. But best of all, Ronnie brought her best self to the job. It is very rare to come across someone who has such high standards in their profession, no matter what the profession. Her approach to her work is truly inspiring! I am so glad that I hired her!

A couple of nights ago, our back seat car window got smashed in front of our house at 3am. When we discovered it the next morning we called the glass repair company our insurance recommended. The tech who came out put in a new window and tried to vacuum up the glass, but when the he was done there were still hundreds of tiny shards all over the back seat and our kids' car seats. If we wanted all the shards gone, the repair tech told us, we should get the car detailed. So I searched Google Maps and found Ms. Ronni. I called her on a Saturday at 6pm, and she promised to be at my house the following morning at 8:30am -- on a Sunday! She and her assistant were right on time and did an amazingly thorough job. They cleaned up every last tiny shard of glass, they took apart and cleaned our kids' car seats (the glass had gotten inside them!), and they cleaned the inside and outside of the car too. Now it's sparkling and looks brand new! Our neighbors keep coming up to us telling us our car looks amazing. Next time we won't wait for our car window to get smashed, we'll just call Ms. Ronni when we want to give the car a pick me up! She does amazing work and is very professional!

I called this morning hoping that I could be placed on the schedule for detailing today... low and behold a open spot. My car was cleaned so well that it looked like I just purchased the car!!! My car is so shiny and smells so good. I will be using Ms. Underdog's service on a regular basis
