Super friendly, helpful, and amazing staff -looking out for me and my furry four legged travel companion. Special attention to those in the FBO especially Roxanne who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in a timely manner. While waiting room is not exactly large, the couch is comfortable and windows offer a view of comings and goings. Concessions are a bit more than one would expect but everyone needs to take home a little something from their time in Nantucket (I wish I bought the socks).

Nantucket is always accommodating. Their operations staff, ramp staff and fueling staff are friendly, and care precisely for your services. They provide everything you need to turn your aircraft in a timely manner, or secure it for the duration of your stay. Good people live here.

It’s really not great. It looks like a cute airport, until you go past security and realize how few amenities there are. There is a restaurant, but only before security. There is only one small indoor waiting room, and it gets packed. There is also a tent outside, but it doesn’t have much seating, and a very overpriced concession stand. I understand that it’s a small space that cannot expand, but I think they used the space poorly.

Great last-minute gift shop, and if you’re hungry, CROSSWINDS Restaurant, delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner — or just apps and snacks

Small airport that makes flying private and commercial quite easy. There are no jetways only ramps or stairs to board & deplane so bring an umbrella if they're expecting rain
