I purchased an interior basic detailing package. I wasn't expecting a full detail but when I went to put groceries in the back the next day, all that had been cleaned was the floor mats. There was still sand on the seats and carpet. It hadn't even been vacuumed.and there was still mud on the trim where the back drivers door opened. So now I have to pay a different place to actually clean the car. My first and last experience for sure.

I have been coming here for years.. and I love Mr. Dunn he does an excellent job.. but yesterday I came to get my car washed and I was robbed.. A lot of my personal items as well as cash was taken out of my car by one of the attendants who was supposed to be working. I am very very disappointed.. They have cameras but nothing was done about this incident.. It was a lot of finger pointing and blaming each other.. No one should be allowed to be put in this situation when they are paying for a service.. I will be contacting the authorities.. PLEASE BE AWARE!! THERE ARE THIEVES WORKING AT THIS FACILITY!!

Scheduling was a little confusing, my appointment was rescheduled twice. The business doesn’t have an actual phone, so there was no one to contact (no one picked up the number listed) regarding when to bring my car in. Based on other reviews I definitely expected better. It was nothing more done to the car than I could’ve done at a car wash with a strong vacuum. Once there they were very nice, but I’m now looking to take my car elsewhere to get a true “new car look” detailing. I’m not sure what interior detailing entails with this business, maybe I was not clear. The seats did not feel as if they were conditioned. Nice people though.

Always Get My Car Straight ! Best In Town & Reasonable Prices . Staff & Manager Donald Are Professional As Well. For The Drive & Time, It’s Worth It :) In Addition To The Clubhouse, That Offers Discounts , Entertainment, Leisure/ Comfort & Etc -All At Your Convenience. I Always Recommend This Establishment Because It’s Clearly The Best In Town ! The Reviews Speak For Itself!
