Not sure of everyone's negative experience but ours was very pleasant. Our sales woman, Alexis, was phenomenal. We are brand new to this boat stuff and she made us feel very comfortable about buying a boat and from them. Always very responsive every time we messaged. Brent, the owner, was great to deal with as well. He took the time to explain all the inns and outs of the boat and made sure i felt comfortable operating it. I worked til 5pm every day by concord mills and they stayed after to accommodate my schedule. Thank you new hope marine for answering all of our questions and making our buying experience a great one. - Eddie

Dropped a lower unit off for service Brent Scott and Alicia listened to my concerns allowed me to provide genuine Yamaha parts and fix my issue for me all while just dropping the lower unit to them. They we able to diagnose and get parts I didn’t have as well! This boat was my first bass boat and sentimental they understand and I trusted them to fix it put it all together and I’m back on the water great service and communication thank you again !

I came in over the weekend for parts for my Yamaha engine. To my surprise the parts were in stock. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and knew exactly what I needed to get me on the water again. Thank you.

I had a great experience purchasing a new boat from Brent at New Hope Marine a few weeks ago. The price was fantastic, I received great service, and they made the purchase process very easy. I would absolutely purchase from them again, and I plan to do all of my maintenance with them as well.
