  Absolutely disappointed with my service. This is not the first time I have used this company and in the past I have been happy. This time I requested an interior detail service because someone got sick in my car. I did mention this to Larry and requested help with the smell and deep cleaning. The incident happened on Friday late night and Larry was able to help Sunday. I understand that it wasn’t right away so that was a factor to take in. Everything was going smoothly, I overlooked the strong weed smell as he pulled in, even though it seems very unprofessional to have a work car smelling like that as a detailer. At first glance at my “inspection check” after the detail everything looked good, especially because the seats and floor were still damp. I gave him the $200 payment with a $20 tip and moved on. I let the car air out over night and came to my car the next morning with a HORRIBLE even worse vomit smell in the car. I could not let any clients or coworkers into my car for all of Monday which was already embarrassing. I let Larry know this was unacceptable and I paid extra for this to be taken care of. I asked him to come back to which he agreed. I then noticed things like crumbs in the cup holder, the interior windshield untouched and under the seat of the problem area, particles of vomit and crumbs/ garbage. I then messaged him letting him know I am not comfortable with him coming back and I will just need a refund because the specific service I paid for was not done. He refused a refund multiple times and just said he would come back and that he made the car 85% better than it was before. I had to call another detailer for advice on how to remedy this myself and ended up going elsewhere to fix left over vomit/ smell on the seat and underneath. I have attached all photos of this so called interior detail. Overall I am now out $220 and still have a smelly car with a fake clean I could have done myself.   Larry did an awesome job detailing the interior of my SUV! I had called him to get a quote and he was very communicative and reached out to me asking if I had any questions and was able to provide me with all the information I needed prior to booking. He took his time and got my very old car looking brand new! His prices are very fair for the work he puts in. We will definitely be using him again!
