I cannot enough say good things about this outstanding company. After an enroute alternator failure that required a diversion to Moriarty Municipal, New Mexico Aero Service met me promptly to offer any and all help I needed. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the alternator failure, discovered a few other minor discrepancies and came up with a plan to get me fixed and airborne asap. They are truly Bonanza specialists and gave me some good advice on some things that needed attended to in the future.. In less than two hours, I was airborne again and on my way to Phoenix. I truly wish I lived a little closer as they would be my go to shop for everything. The cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of everybody was so far above average, it’s hard to explain.. I can’t thank all of you enough!

I have had at least 8 annuals done on my Cessna 182 at NM Aero Services. Each one has been a great experince. The owner gives attention to detail and openly discusses anything that needs attention. All his mechanics are team players and have a great work ethic. I have been 200% satisfied and will continue to take my business to NM Aero Services. 10 stars

Fernando came out last minute on the weekend to look at my plane that was having a starter issue. He took it into his shop and spent the time to figure out the best option. Since I was only visiting from Denver time wasn't on my side. He managed to get the plane started so I could continue on home to Denver. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to take time away from their families and help me last minute! New Mexico Aer Service is top notch with one of the nicest shops and people I've ever seen. I highly recommend them for All you MX needs!

My owner assisted annual is now complete. My assistance consisted of removing and replacing the interior of the aircraft and all of the inspection panels and removing the two magnetos. For the final part of the inspection I performed the removal, cleaning, testing, inspection, and installation of the spark plugs (with oversight and inspection) while the shop personnel installed and timed the magnetos. As my Cessna 180K was being pulled out of the hangar for engine runs a Stinson Reliant which had pulled up for fuel was unable to start his engine. The folks in the shop fell out to the pilot's assistance to get him back into the air. The overall experience was positive and I came away with new knowledge and understanding of my aircraft. I highly recommend NM Aero Service.

While traveling in my Bonanza I had a minor nose strut issue. I called Fernando Nunez who agreed to help me with this on short notice. Not only did he address the nose strut, but also found a potentially more serious issue and took care of that too. The service was prompt, courteous, and educational. Fernando and his team like to teach and I learned new things about how to maintain my Bonanza. I sincerely appreciate the NM Aero Service team for taking such good care of me and my aircraft on short notice. I highly recommend Fernando Nunez for his knowledge, expertise and thoroughness.
