Amazing service from start to finish! From the moment I called, I was speaking with a real person who was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Within minutes, I had the paperwork I needed to sign electronically, and shortly after that, we were scheduled. I also really appreciated that their scheduling was first come, first served. It felt incredibly fair knowing that no project—big or small—that called in after us would suddenly become more important than ours. While we were waiting for our turn, the team who would be coming to our home even called us in advance when we had a question. Despite how busy I’m sure they were, they were always kind, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. When the team arrived, they were absolutely wonderful. Our daughter’s room was restored to its original condition, and we could not have been happier with the work they did. Having people come into your home for any type of project can be a process, and feeling comfortable with the people doing the work matters so much. The team we had was professional, trustworthy, respectful, and made us feel completely comfortable having them in our home. From the first phone call through the completed project, we had an excellent experience. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful service and the amazing people who took care of our family and our home. I would absolutely recommend them!

A small leak from an A/C unit caused a huge mold problem at our commercial building. Newman Restoration was recommended to me by a friend. They certainly lived up to their reputation. All testing was done as required. Area was walled off with plastic tent. Large air filter was put in place to take care of tenants. All employees were courteous and thoughtful of tenants. As property manager I was kept up to date of the project on a daily basis, sometimes twice a day. I would highly recommend this company. They are tru professionals. Toni

We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of restoration services! Cory came out promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. As this was the first time dealing with a leak of this nature, we had no idea what to expect. He walked us through the insurance process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood every step moving forward. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. We truly appreciate the time and care he took to make sure we felt informed and confident. Thank you, Cory, for the outstanding customer service!

We had an unexpected water leak destroy our kitchen from a second floor bathroom leaking shower drain. Newman Restoration was recommended for restoration services to us by our plumber. They were great to work with. Matt, the manager assigned to our project was prompt, kept us informed of progress and next steps and even met with our insurance adjuster and our contractor as necessary. Caleb and Anthony were our service technicians. I can not praise them enough on their efficiency, kindness, empathy and cleanliness during our restoration project. We had a sink overflow in our upstairs laundry room and made a call feverishly to Newman in the middle of the night. We were met with calm and reassurance. The very next day we had a team out assesssing and determining a path forward. Cut to the next couple days Newman came in opened it all up and neatly made sure we were put at ease with the damage mitigation as well as allowed us to still use our home while mitigation efforts were underway. Everyone was very professional and I felt confident in their authority on the matter. Highly recommend Newman to everyone.
