EXCELLENT customer service and attention to detail! After finding their website online, I called on a random day at a random time, and they were able to service my car within minutes of calling, without waiting in a long line or making a reservation. The owner was very professional and courteous. My car and tires were caked in mud from recent flooding and had a terribly neglected interior (covered in pet hair). NextLevel looked at my car and quoted me a package that was customized to the specific needs of my car. The cost was very affordable compared to other locations. The service was completed within the time frame quoted and when complete, my car came back "showroom ready." I have not seen my car this clean in years!! I am definitely returning and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NextLevel for all your auto detailing needs.

We have 2 huskies and 2 kids and we let the car get pretty dirty. I did not expect the amazing results we got. He was able to get out all the dog hair from the car and all the crumbs, spills and mess from the boys. It's like a new car. We will definitely be return customers.

Paid $200 for a full detail to receive a regular carwash I could've done better myself. Carpet was supposed to be shampooed, but instead, he chose to just vacuum & cover the smell with air freshener. Sent pics of the dirty car afterwards & he says he's sending someone the next day to fix it...well, I'm still waiting! I won't beg, but he doesn't have to worry about my business or any recommendations coming from me.

This company is amazing!!! I called for a last minute appt. and he got me right in! Not only is he super professional with great customer service he was affordable, on time and exceeded my expectations! My son also got a detailing from him at 10pm & did a great job.. (he works crazy hours) I never knew you could detail at night! I definitely would recommend

Vents, cup holders were left dirty. Floor mats not cleaned. Tried to charge me $70 over the price and then got an attitude when I called him out on it. Be aware of excessive mileage cost.
