If I could give Nomad Mobile Detailing six stars, I would - they're just that good! Seriously, these guys are like car detailing wizards, and they brought the magic right to me! From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. Not only did they show up right on time, but they also came armed with all the tools and tricks needed to make my car shine like never before. And let me tell you, shine it did! I'm convinced my car has never looked better. They managed to banish every speck of dirt, every stray french fry, and even that mysterious stain that I'm pretty sure had its own zip code. But what really sets Nomad apart is their dedication to customer service. These guys aren't just detailers; they're car-care ninjas! They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and even gave me some great tips for keeping my car looking its best between details. And can we talk about the convenience factor here? I didn't have to lift a finger - except to book the appointment, of course! Now my car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. So, if you want top-notch service, unbeatable results, and a few laughs along the way, do yourself a favor and book Nomad Mobile Detailing. Your car will thank you, and you'll wonder why you ever went anywhere else!

It is rare for me to give a 5-star rating to auto detailing company. I like to have an interior detail performed in my vehicle on an annual basis. Each year, I'd need to search for mobile auto detailers in my area and request for an estimate. The issues I've ran into in the past with previous companies is that they are a "no-show" or late to the appointment or they quote a much higher price upon arrival. Nomad is none of that! Nomad is a franchise company that recently expanded to OC. They have a website that lists upfront pricing (not estimate) for all types of detailing wok. In addition, they have a subscription service that offered discounts based on the frequency of detailing services you request. Since I perform an interior detail yearly, I immediately subscribed for their annual service. It was very convenient to select the services I needed and schedule an appointment through the website. I did not need to speak to anyone of the phone at all. I received a confirmation when the appointment was booked. Due to previous experiences mentioned earlier, I was a bit nervous that Nomad was going to be a "no-show". On the day of the appointment, I was able to track their location (whereabouts) via website when they started driving towards my meet-up point. That put me at ease. I was happy to see that they arrived on time. Upon arrival, we had a friendly introduction, and I discussed certain areas that I'd like them to focus on. Afterwards, Nomad got right to working. They did not rush the job and took their time to ensure that the interior detail was immaculate. After the job was completed, I did a thorough check, and I was very satisfied with the service. What surprised me even further was their payment system. They did not request for upfront payment. Instead, they sent me an electronic invoice with a 5-day grace period to review and pay later. When I made the payment a day later, I ensured to leave them a reasonable gratuity/tip. Overall, Nom
