Mauricio is an absolute gem. I found North County Mobile Detail when I was looking for someone to do a deep detail on a vehicle before listing it for sale, and I truly hit the jackpot. He went above and beyond in every way. I honestly could not believe the transformation. He made my 10 year old car look like it was brand new. The level of care and attention to detail was incredible. I was so impressed that I immediately asked if he could wash another one of our vehicles. We plan to use him regularly for the upkeep of our other vehicles moving forward. What really stood out to me was how much he cares about the quality of his work. We spent some time talking about business and the products he uses, and it is obvious that he is constantly learning and researching to make sure he is delivering the best possible results for his customers. He takes a lot of pride in what he does, and it shows. It is rare to find someone this thorough, detail oriented, and genuinely committed to doing exceptional work. I cannot recommend Mauricio highly enough. Thank you for making a 10 year old vehicle look showroom ready. I am beyond impressed.

I am beyond impressed with the job Mauricio did! My car has been through a lot this past year with my young child, and I honestly didn’t think it would ever look this clean again. He got every stain out of the carpets, and the leather looks shiny and like new. He was even able to remove stains from the leather that I didn’t think would come out. The products Mauricio uses made my car shinier than I’ve ever been able to get it, even compared to when I first bought it brand new. The screens are crystal clear, every surface looks amazing, and it feels like I have a brand new car again. One of my favorite things was how amazing he made the leather seats look. They look so shiny and refreshed, and he took the time to explain what products I should be using to keep them looking that way. I actually learned a lot about how to properly care for my car, which I really appreciated. He even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things without charging me anything extra. He really takes his time and doesn’t rush through the job. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and making sure everything is perfect before he leaves. I also loved that he came fully prepared. He brought everything he needed, so I didn’t have to provide a thing. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable. For the quality of work you get, I honestly don’t think his prices can be beat. The amount of time, care, and attention to detail he puts into every inch of the car is worth every penny. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m so glad I found North County Mobile Detail.
