Avoid Like The Plague Tried making an appointment using their website (twice) with no response. Sent an email to the address provided with no response. Finally managed to get through on the telephone to “Richard”. I explained what services I was looking for i.e. Complete Detail and possibly the Ceramic coating. He quoted that the ceramic coating is $800 and I said that I wouldn’t need that – just the Complete Detail. He requested via text message that I provide mine and the vehicle details and that he would get back to me. Well, that was on Wednesday and as of today (Saturday afternoon) I heard nothing. Totally ghosted. If this is the way you want to be treated contact them but there much better options and customer service out there. Be warned.

Carlos from NorthWest Mobile Detailing and another guy saved me today! We went out of town over the weekend and I accidentally left one of my car doors open while we were away and of course it stormed. It was important to have my car detailed today so mold wouldn’t begin growing and the mosquitoes were beginning to get bad. I also did not want to have the car begin to smell bad. These two gentlemen came late this afternoon and worked into the evening to get my car back in order. Their price was more than reasonable and my car interior looks brand new! In addition to the door mishap, I also have young children who are quite messy and have spilled and dropped things, but they were able to take care of all of it. They brought all the supplies they needed, I simply provided a place for them to plug in their equipment. They were very polite and worked efficiently to complete the work. They worked a miracle on my car in about 2 1/2 hours. They accept several different forms of payment to meet everyone’s needs. Thank you NorthWest Mobile Detailing for taking care of us today! I will definitely reach out in the future for our other vehicles. I forgot to take before photos but trust me, it was not good! One of my kids said “Look mom, we can read the word on the floor mat now!”

Carlos called me back within 15 min missed call, he gave me an awesome quote! Very prompt to the arranged meet up time, brought own equipment, very respectful, attention to detail, my car was a disaster from child and spills,. Pictures of before and after pics well I couldn't wait to leave review so in process,, even roof upholstery is like brand new!!
