WARNING: NuView Auto Salon damaged my new truck and then refused to take accountability. I brought my brand-new Toyota Tacoma to NuView Auto Salon for a $1,498 detail and windshield tint only days after purchasing it. When I picked the truck up, there were already obvious issues: debris left inside the vehicle, smudge marks throughout the interior, and multiple electrical malfunction warnings appearing on the dashboard. I immediately showed everything to Joe, the owner. His response was to tell me to “give it a day because the sensors could be wet,” and he assured me that if NuView Auto Salon caused the damage, he would take care of it through insurance. Toyota later diagnosed severe water damage that fried electrical connectors and quoted over $8,800 in repairs. After additional testing, Toyota determined there was no possible way the water intrusion could have come from the exterior of the vehicle. Prior to bringing my truck to NuView Auto Salon , the Tacoma had passed a pre-purchase inspection, had been through rain and car washes, and had absolutely no electrical problems. Once Toyota’s findings pointed toward the detailing service, Joe completely changed his position. He refused to accept responsibility, refused to provide insurance information, and refused to offer any refund or compensation. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I experienced delays, excuses, and avoidance while being left without my vehicle for weeks. For a company advertising “professional” detailing services, this experience was the opposite. If something goes wrong with your vehicle, do not expect accountability or assistance. I regret trusting this business with a brand-new truck and would strongly warn others to think carefully before bringing their vehicle here.

I am beyond disappointed. I had two cars booked for a car wash, tires and express interior cleaning as shown in the booking. First, when looking at the website the first line says “we come to you” which is misleading. I thought the service would be done in our driveway, but that quote just means they will pick up the car to take back to their shop. Second, within minutes of picking up one of the cars, my husband was called with a police officer in the background and the police said the driver was pulled over in a school zone for speeding. Third, the booking quoted about an hour and a half for both cars. We didn’t get any notification that they were behind schedule until we called around 6 PM, which is when google said they closed. One car we didn’t get back until 7pm that day and don’t get me wrong that car was beautiful. The car was washed and the interior was clean. The other car, not so much. This one in the pictures was held for “pet hair removal” which was not included in the booking I submitted as you can see below. I didn’t receive any notification that my car was being held due to this until he dropped my other car off at 7 PM (5 hours late). My husband and I had to make the decision to let them continue the pet hair removal or to stop. We agreed to continue with the pet hair removal service. When the guy dropped off the first car, I asked for an ETA for the car they held. He responded with it will be done by 12 and we had a whole plan for my husband to meet him at the house to retrieve the key since we both would not be home. We were supposed to get a phone call around 12pm for him to let us know the car was being dropped off and never did. 3 hours later, I reached out to see what’s going on as my car should have been back by now and he mentioned they just finished about an hour ago and my car will be back in our driveway within the next 45 minutes. Since the car was not returned in the time given, my husband is no longer able to pick the key up as planned,

The car detail was excellent. I typically clean my truck myself because it’s rare for a service to meet my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied, and following up with me shows a high level of professionalism. I look forward to using your services again and recommending you to others. Thank you!
