NWA Mobile Detail

edit: to the companies credit, they did eventually contact me to resolve the issue, but only after the below review went up. Once on site, they argued with me that even though the manufacturer says not to use aqua gloss that way, it was fine because they dilute it more, rather than take responsibility for using a product off label. The floor mats were returned to the vehicle still wet on the bottoms. I maintain my previous review, the general quality of the detail was good enough, but the lack of engagement to solve a problem until a public review was posted, using a product off label in a way the manufacturer says could be dangerous, and small things like putting wet floor mats on the carpet, all take away from that. The good: The scheduling, communication, and general quality of the detail. The bad: Once they left, I noticed that the floor mats in the car were very slick, I notified them and asked what product they used on them. They said it was a product called Aqua Gloss, and that it was likely an overapplication making it slick. I wiped them down, but the mats were still very slick, too slick to be safe to use while driving, especially for my wife's shoes. When they followed up asking if everything was good, offering to come out again to fix anything that wasn't, I explained the mats still weren't good, way to slick, and likely needed to be taken out and cleaned with a heavy degreaser, they only responded saying glad it was all great, please leave a review. I looked up the aqua gloss, and on the manufacturers website it says "Although the use of this product on floors or vehicle controls (steering wheels, pedals, grips) or cycle seats, where slipperiness may be hazardous, is not recommended." So, they used a product not intended for floor mats, and didn't engage with me to resolve the problem once informed about it, leaving my wife's vehicle in a dangerous to operate state, and didn't follow through on their satisfaction guaranteed claim.

My experience with NWA detail was poor. Everyone was friendly and prompt but "detail" was more a quick wipe down and equal to a automatic car wash. Loose dirt still in seams of truck, seats not fully vacuumed and missing areas that were not wiped down. Just a rushed job overall. Vehicle is in SW MO, so quality service would not honor going to correcting items, or refund any part of the service. I would do yourself a favor and find a more professional detail service.

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of work done on my SUV. I have two large dogs that shed excessively, especially going into the summer, and the team working on my vehicle took the time and care to remove it. The appointment was only for 2 hours, but they worked on it longer to get the job done right. The team leader was exceptionally kind and chatted with me while I waited for them to finish. I did opt to drop off my vehicle and had a ride elsewhere while they worked; I would recommend doing the same if possible, since I did not notice a waiting room anywhere. Regardless, I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.
