Oc5star Mobile Detail Services

Ron and Brad went over my car with incredible detail. They must have used wax and toothbrushes to get every nook and cranny. They did a phenomenal job and I would use them every time a car detail is needed.

I do not recommend this company for many reasons. They did not do a thorough job for me, in fact they did damage to my car's exterior that showed up later. I called to ask them to come back a resolve some of these problems but the owner, Ron, had no interest to make things right, or at least better. Meant to write this before now...

TLDR: this is a great service from a lovely group of people. I experienced: 1. Great communication 2. Punctuality 3. Professionalism 4. Knowledgeability 5. Friendliness 6. Very reasonable pricing 7. Great service I use Google maps to find local services such as this one. The first two I called looking for mobile detailing didn't even pick the phone. The others I looked at only serviced luxury vehicles. But I'm glad the rest didn't respond, because these gents are great. They came to detail my car and were super friendly and happy to discuss the condition of my car, what it needs, and why particular blemishes happened and how to avoid it in the future. There are professionals with decades of experience. As someone interested in material science and chemistry, it was refreshing to hear how knowledgeable they are about the techniques and principles of car care. I'd recommend their services to anyone!
