I can’t say enough good things about the job Derek did on my 2015 Toyota Tundra. The truck had several dents that I thought would always be noticeable, but after Derek finished, they were completely gone. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and my truck looks like new again. What impressed me just as much as the quality of the repair was Derek’s customer service. He actually answered the phone when I called, took the time to answer all of my questions, and came out to my house the very same day. In today’s world, it’s hard to find someone who is that responsive and reliable. Derek was professional, friendly, and punctual from start to finish. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the final result. There were no surprises, no hassle, and the entire process was smooth and convenient. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, dependable, and truly skilled at paintless dent repair, I highly recommend Derek. It’s refreshing to find someone who delivers exactly what they promise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to friends and family.

Derek and Ocean County Reconditioning did an amazing job repairing my Volvo after the recent hail storm. I must have had 50 dents that needed to be repaired. Derek was excellent. My car looks brand new. Thanks Derek!

I had a small dent on my driver's side fender and Derek came out and had it looking like it never happened in about 10 minutes. He clearly knows what he's doing and the quality of his work speaks for itself. If I ever need paintless dent repair again, he'll be the first person I call. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend - Derek was great to work with and he did an excellent job of removing a significant dent in back panel of my car. In addition to quality of his work, I appreciated his responsiveness, his ability to deliver as promised and the overall ease of doing business.
