I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. No one has taken responsibility for the damage that was caused to my vehicle. Contrary to what was stated in your response, Chuck never offered to repair or replace my window. At this point, I am filing a claim with my insurance company and will allow them to handle the matter directly. I also do not appreciate your company placing blame on the customer. Please ensure that the facts are accurate before responding publicly. For reference, the estimate to repair/replace the damaged window is $927.82. I would also like to clarify that my intention was never to attack your business or diminish the work that was done to address the paint overspray. My concern has always been the damage to my vehicle and the lack of accountability in resolving it. What makes this even more frustrating is that there always seems to be an explanation for any concerns when customers leave negative reviews the response often comes across as defensive rather than focused on resolving the problem. I will not be returning to this business, nor will I recommend it to others. It's disappointing to have this kind of experience with a brand-new vehicle, especially after trusting a professional detailer with its care.

I have never had a vehicle professionally detail before today. Brought my daughter 2018 Malibu in due to some extreme hard water stains she got on the car roof from a leaky pipe above her underground parking garage. The results were amazing. The stains are gone and the car looks like it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Great work by your detailers. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. To top it off, they gave me a coupon good toward my next full detail and a coupon for one free car wash.

Second time here and I’m really impressed. My wife got a full detail and her car looks brand new on the outside and incredibly clean on the inside. It honestly looks good enough to sell today. They also gave us a free Royal Car Wash, which I took my car in for a few weeks later and this too exceeded expectations. Interior wipe down, windows inside and out, center console, everything you would hope for and more for the price. I like how personable this place feels and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do. We will definitely be back.

Had my car detailed and it looks like new. Very thorough inside and out. They even found a mouse nest on my engine and cleared that out!! Very satisfied with a job well done.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, coming almost weekly, and after this experience, I will never return. I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn’t because the gift card was “discounted,” and I would only get what I paid — even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to “shut up” while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy — sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn’t even touched. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn’t just lose a customer — they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.
