I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received. I paid close to $600 to have two cars detailed, and the quality did not match the price at all. I had to point out multiple areas that were missed, including the trunk jambs and vacuuming inside the center console, wiping exhaust pipes, pulling down and wiping the center console. Some parts of the jambs were left dirty bc they "couldn't be reached" but they are visible and a long brush or steam shot could. In my Tucson, the media console was not treated at all. There is sticky residue that could come off with alcohol, but it was not even wiped. There also wasn’t any product applied to the plastic to protect or dress it, which I expected at this price point. It also felt like everything beyond the basics was treated as an add-on. When I explained what I wanted done, I wish you had been clearer upfront about what was included versus extra. Had I known, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Overall, I’m very disappointed. Nick did reach out but seemed more concerned about getting his invoice paid than making it right. Take your business elsewhere. You can get superior quality for less elsewhere. Although I have not had mobile detailing before so I’m not sure if it is standard practice, but the work area was not cleaned either. There are two giant dirt splotches on my driveway. This could’ve easily been hosed off onto the grass. All the pictures attached are after my $600 “detailing” job EDIT - Response to owner: I sent videos of the subpar work to you and asked you to confirm receipt and text me back with a time to comeback and remedy the work. I did not get a response at of 4:40PM on Jan 14th

Nick and the OptiShine team did a great job with my car. Nick was very communicative day of, they were on time and finished quickly but having done a quality job. Nick was also helpful explaining some other services that I’ll be following up to do with them.
