Orange County Boat Repair

I brought my Sea Doo 230 Challenger Jet Boat to Orange County Boat Repair with a 10' hull breach along the bottom V-line. I knew I was in the right repair shop as soon as Sal did the repair estimate which the insurance adjuster approved immediately. It was not an easy repair but Sal and his guys patiently worked their magic. They not only made the damage disappear, but also detailed the rest of the hull so nicely, to where it looks like a new boat. I'll be going back for some custom covers, a custom fabricated enclosure, and trailer renovation! I'm convinced that Orange County Boat Repair is among the finest boat body repair, fabrication, and detailing shops anywhere in SoCal and I couldn't be happier.

Sal Jr took great care of my Seadoo's. I brought them in for Fiberglass / Gel Coat repairs on the bottom and overall refinishing of the hulls which were quite scuffed and faded. Sal provided really fair pricing for the amount of work / effort that was needed to rejuvenate my Seadoo's finish. As you can see in the attached photo, his shop did a great job! I don't know many 2008's that have seen hundreds of hours in the ocean and lakes / rivers as far out as Havasu that look this good. Thanks for the great work and more than accommodating environment that led to restoring my Seadoo's to like new condition. OC Boat Repair is my go to for any future repairs / restorations I may need.

Very polite staff and quality work. They repaired a 2 sf section of delaminated fiberglass on the hull and a few other small dings. Had to look hard up close and still could barely tell there was a repair. Second time at this shop and highly recommend them. Sal and his father are great people.
