Very good job. Got there right on time and he took my car back right away. I didnt have a ride so waited 2 hrs later very good job. Very good customer service here. Definitely will come back for wrap later

I had an amazing experience with Owner’s Pride in Omaha. I brought in my new 2026 Tesla Model Y (Premium AWD), and they did a full front PPF, 5-year ceramic coating, and tint on the front windows. The results honestly exceeded my expectations, the finish looks absolutely incredible, and the attention to detail is obvious. What really stood out to me was their professionalism and how much they care about their customers. The team communicates clearly, stands behind their work, and makes sure everything is done right. You can tell they take pride in what they do and treat your vehicle like it’s their own. If you’re looking for high-quality detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, or tint in the Omaha area, I highly recommend Owner’s Pride. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back again.

This review is for the products. The ceramic coating is less than superior. The hydrophobics didnt didnt last, even after hitting it with decon-x and other products to wake it up. I chatted with the owner and he seems like a cool guy, it seemed he wanted to do everything to avoid admitting his coating failed. I have this coating on 3 of my vehicles and 2 of them have failed. It's a loss of o lot of money and im not really pleased about it. Im going to assume nothing will get done about it Hence the review.

I just had my Honda Goldwing detailed and ceramic coated at Owner’s Pride. My bike came out very nice. The red painted parts practically glow and the flat black plastic and pant no longer look oxidized, they are as good as new. The staff was friendly and clearly care about the work they do. I would use them again.

I recently had a full interior and exterior detail done, and while the exterior came out sparkling clean and well-done, the interior left much to be desired. There were several clearly missed spots inside, which was disappointing given the level of service I expected. When I returned to point out the issues, I felt like more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Unfortunately, even after bringing the concerns to their attention, not everything was properly addressed. The follow-up effort felt rushed and incomplete. Additionally, there was some confusion around scheduling. The receptionist told me the earliest appointments start at 9am, yet the online system allows bookings at 8am — a small but frustrating inconsistency that added to the overall lackluster experience. To their credit, they did offer a 10% refund, which I appreciated. However, based on this experience, I won’t be returning for an interior detail.
