My car had a very serious mold problem and the smell of it was horrible. I took it to Pacific Ave Auto Spa and they cleaned my car so perfectly, inside and outside, it looked like how I first bought it from the dealership. This has to be the best place in Washington State to get your car cleaned. Their cleaning skills are impeccable and incredible. They deserve the highest rating because of how professional they are. I highly recommend everyone to go to Pacific Ave Auto Spa to get your car detailed.

After a few weeks of rain, I noticed that the carpet in our backseat floor was wet. I thought maybe my daughter had spilled something, so I soaked it up with a towel. Imagine my surprise when the next day, there was a puddle on the floor! Took our car to Lloyd and Wilson in downtown Tacoma, and they were able to fix why water had started to pool. Unfortunately, mold started to grow, and they strongly recommended I take my car to Pacific Avenue Auto Spa because they provide a mold/mildew removal service. I'm glad I did. They transformed our 30 year old car into something I was a little embarrassed to drive into a car that I want to drive and take better care of. I wish I had taken a "before" picture because it looks like an entirely new car.
