Nate saved our 4th of July! We were planning on taking our boat out for the first time after having the engine and interior meticulously repaired by Ramon and his team but the key broke right before we were supposed to head out on the water. Not knowing what else to do considering it was a Saturday AND a holiday, I called Pacific Boat Services for advice and Nate offered to bring me a new ignition switch. 30 minutes later and we were out on the water! Thanks again Nate! Attached are photos of the amazing work PBS did on our interior. The boat hadn't been used in 5 years and the interior was trashed. Ramon suggested the interior color and we absolutely love it! It makes our 2007 XStar look years newer. Thanks for helping make our restoration a stress free and truly enjoyable experience.

Misa came out to assess the work that needed to be done and was very kind, courteous, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel confident in the service being provided. I highly recommend Pacific Boat Services—this is the second time we've used them, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Great customer service and quality work! I want to highly recommend Edgar from Pacific Boat services for repairing our vacuflush toilets from the moment he started his professionalism and expertise were immediately clear he didn't just rush through the job he took the time to diagnose the issue accurately and executed the repairs flawlessly what truly sets Edgar apart is his fantastic personality he is incredibly personable respectful and communicates clearly every step of the way making the entire process stress-free it is rare to find someone who combines Elite technical skill with such genuine customer service. if you need work done on your boat ask for Edgar he is the absolute best in the business.

Ramon and his staff run a great shop. I took my 35 foot sailboat out of the water on a Thursday. I painted the bottom and had pacific boat refair the keel and it it went back into the water the next day.

We bought a used boat last year in summer. I looked around places and just wasn’t feeling the vibe of others around. I luckily found Pacific boat services and let me tell you they are GREAT! My boat, and trailer has gotten work done and everything has been amazing. Big things I thought wouldn’t have a fix to small things as a blinker light to my trailer. Kelvin, Fabian, and Ramon (the owner) will do the impossible to make sure customers boats are done on time and with honest work. I probably should’ve bought a new boat for, but wanted something used for my first one. My family, and I go to the lake EVERY weekend and honestly I don’t have to worry about anything knowing I go with the BEST around! I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to make sure and give the credit to these guys and they deserve this and much more. Thank you again team for making sure my family, and I are in good hands!
