I will never buy a boat from anywhere else, ever again. We had the best experience buying from Pacific Marine Center. I drove 6 hours one way to buy a Lund 2075 Tyee from them and it was totally worth it. They were super attentive, there communication was excellent and they went the extra mile to ensure I could afford the boat. Ed was awesome, he worked with the manufacturer to throw in additional accessories and get the boat rigged how I wanted it, while lowering the price. I shopped the whole country and their prices were unbeatable. Their financing was even significantly better and faster than both of my banks. Once I arrived at the dealer the price was exactly what we discussed, no hidden fees, or forgotten charges. They even threw in some extra goodies when I left. 10/10 would highly recommend. Additionally my Bimini top did not arrive in time from the factory for my vacation. Ed arranged to have an employee drive the Bimini three hours at 10:00 pm just to make sure I had it in time for my trip. These guys are incredible.

Me and my wife came in on a Saturday January 31 after lunch at bass lake. We met Jason Who was the sales person. As we came into the building he introduced himself. He Ask if we needed water or needed to use the restrooms? Not many people ask if we need bottle water or if we want room temperature or refrigerator cold bottle water. That was a plus. As we were looking at boats with Jason, he was so polite & went beyond our expectations. We looked at two boats and found the one we wanted. We also met Jack the owner which he was amazing and Very down to earth. Can't say anything negative about this place. They were very professional and personal to me and my wife. We found the boat we wanted and put a money down for our boat and started the loan process. Which was a Breeze, was Nothing like purchasing a car. It was Very easy. We came back that Friday to get our boat. We actually got to meet the team that works there. Such an amazing place and great people. Everyone was very personal, they joked and they laughed with us. It was like we were family. Jason helped with us getting the extra stuff that we were going to need for our boat. They showed us how to work the boat, how to put on the Bimini top on , how to attach and how to take down. We never felt they were in rush to get us out of there. They answered questions we had. They are a top notch boat dealership. If you are looking for a boat to buy use or new. This is the place to come and get that boat. Can't wait to come back to bring in my boat for service. Jason handling customers up front is a great person. Super nice and professional. They have a great knowledgeable crew there. Terra in service helped me on simple fixes I was stumbling on multiple times. Once able to help over the phone and once had my issue figured out in no time hauling in. Im a boat fool and there is no where else in Fresno I would spend my money.
