I had an absolutely great experience with Palm Beach Elite Detailing from beginning to end. I brought my Cybertruck in for a full Satin Black PPF wrap, and I couldn’t be happier with how the entire process went. From my first conversation with them, everything was straightforward and professional. They took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood exactly what was being done to the truck. There was never any pressure or confusion. Communication throughout the entire job was excellent, and they kept me updated on the progress and timeline every step of the way. Everything they told me they were going to do, they did, and the truck was completed exactly when promised. The finished product honestly exceeded my expectations. The Satin Black completely transformed the Cybertruck, and the installation came out flawless. The film is extremely clean around the edges, corners, doors, and body lines, and the attention to detail is obvious when you look at the truck up close. When you’re trusting someone with a vehicle like this and spending thousands of dollars on PPF, you want to feel confident that the shop knows what they’re doing and will stand behind their work. That’s exactly the feeling I got here. They were knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company where the quality of the work, customer service, communication, and timeline are all equally good. Palm Beach Elite delivered on every part of the experience. If you’re considering PPF, a color change, ceramic coating, or especially having work done on a Cybertruck, I would absolutely recommend Palm Beach Elite Detailing. The entire process was ea

I researched quite of bit of companies in Palm Beach County before deciding on Palm Beach Elite Detailing to do the ceramic coating on my Porsche 356. After reading the reviews, I was confident on using them. First thing that stood out - prompt and clear communication. Second thing was punctuality. And third the impeccable work on the car. It looks amazing. Thank you Chris for the detailed ceramic coating work.
