I can't say enough good things about Parkway Marine in Tallahassee! I brought my Carolina Skiff in because my Evinrude 115 engine wouldn’t keep idle, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Even though Evinrude is out of business, they researched and found out that the parts I needed were still under warranty. They warned me that the process could take several months, but they had my boat ready in just a month—with the warranty covered the parts and very reasonable price for labor. What really stood out was their customer service. I was kept informed on a regular basis. When I came to pick up my boat (on Valentine’s Day, no less), the service manager happened to be driving by with his daughter and still stopped to check in with me. He made sure I was happy with the repairs and even took the time to explain everything they did, including some extra small fixes they handled along the way. On top of that, the boat looked amazing when I got it back. Even after sitting there for over a month through bad weather, it was spotless—perfectly clean and well taken care of. Parkway Marine definitely earned my trust. If you need boat repairs, this is the place to go!
