Dillon did an amazing job detailing my car from start to finish. He was out there from 9 AM to 5:30 PM working extremely hard, even in the heat. What really impressed me is that after he finished, he wanted to come back the next day to make it look even better! You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The before and after photos speak for themselves — my car looks like new again! I would highly recommend Dillon to anyone who wants their car looking its absolute best!

Dillon’s detailing service was not worth the price I paid. While he spent a long time working on my car, I was disappointed with the final result, including finding trash left behind in my vehicle after the detail was completed. On top of that, you need to be very careful discussing pricing with him. Get him to give you every price and fee in writing BEFORE letting him start your detail. We originally agreed on a total price, but after the detail was finished, the pricing changed. When I tried to talk to him about it, he denied that anything had changed and sent me an invoice with numbers that didn’t match what we had agreed on before booking him. According to my payment records, I sent him a total of $315. Based on the itemized breakdown he later provided, I overpaid him by $50. I pointed this out multiple times, but he refused to refund the difference. He essentially charged me TWICE for the deposit that I had already prepaid before his services began. Instead of correcting it, he insisted my math was wrong, even though I was using the numbers from the invoice he sent me. I originally planned on being a repeat customer and referring him to others. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled completely changed my opinion. Rather than working with me to resolve the billing issue professionally, he argued with me and refused to correct the overcharge. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and a huge waste of money as well. The pricing was unclear, the final cost changed after the work was completed, and the billing issue was not handled professionally. Don’t use his services. He is VERY shady about the money aspect of his business and his work is not worth the price either. Support someone who is trustworthy instead.
